Dr Astin is always friendly and approachable. I see her on a regular basis for a chronic health issue and she never fails to listen and offer helpful suggestions. She may run late sometimes but always apologises if this is the case and I would rather have to wait a little longer in the knowledge that I am seeing a Dr who takes time to listen, understand and never make the patient feel like a nuisance. I will continue to request to see Dr Astin in future.

Had my first consultation with this doctor recently and she was brilliant, Dr Austin was a fantastic example of a concerned, helpful and understanding doctor. If all doctors were like her the NHS would be in safe hands.

I have seen Doctors in the past who make me feel nervous, or they're too abrupt for me to explain things properly, but she was nice, made me feel I could explain things properly and was helpful. A good Doctor to see if you don't usually like going to the GP.

First time I've seen this doctor. She was extremely helpful and gave me very useful advice. The surgery was very busy and appointments were a little behind schedule but the doctor apologised and I was very happy with the care I received.
